NIJOTECH Business Model

NIJOTECH is basically self-funded, except for occasional grants from the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND). The Journal receives human resource support from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. However, the author of each accepted manuscript is expected to pay a publication fee of eighty thousand Naira or 200 USD to cover the running cost of article publication. Payment is not required until the peer review process is complete and a firm decision has been taken on the manuscript.

NIJOTECH is an open access journal. Hence, all published articles are freely available for both authors and readers to download and distribute for non-commercial uses. No subscription or registration is required to access published articles. However, authors or readers who want hard copies of published issues will be required to pay for printing and postage. Authors and readers who want hard copies of the journal should contact the editorial office directly.
